"I've missed a lot of footy in the last few years due to a knee reco and a few other injuries. I'm really excited about joining Waverley and becoming a part of a very young but ambitious group. I really like the fact the club has put its faith in the young leaders like Wlba, Nutta, Nath, BT and the other boys in the leadership group. I'm excited by the brand of footy carbs is trying to get the boys to play and the high expectations he has for myself and the playing group as a whole. I can't wait to get out and play a bit of footy with a new bunch of blokes who have made me feel really welcomed over pre season"

In Jake's spare time he does a few triathlons and just likes generally keeping fit. He studies environmental science at Deakin in Burwood and is originally from Castlemaine in central Victoria.

We Welcome Jake to the Blues!
